We received this email recently from an FMSC volunteer:

Hi,
I wanted to say thanks so much for allowing Lead 222 groups to come and serve during the week of July 9-13. We had an awesome time serving and putting together the meals. During the orientation, they shared that some of the food would go to Haiti. And our group was heading to Haiti the next week.

Here is the cool thing: We were at Mission of Hope in Haiti helping out with VBS during the week. Each day they would feed all the kids a meal. I really didn’t know where the meal was coming from until I saw the empty boxes out back that said “MannaPack.” All of our students that packed in July also saw the empty boxes.

It was awesome to know that the service we did there went to where you said it was going. It was a huge impact on our students and the kids of Haiti. Thanks so much for what you are doing.

Your organization is in my daily prayers. I had the privilege of going to Haiti a little over a year ago and witnessed first hand just how much FMSC helps others. We delivered the FMSC packets to families in tents…(sometimes 7 people living in one little space with only a bucket to sit on)….Thank you for all you do to be the hands and feet of Jesus…May God continuing blessing your every endeavor!
